Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support assembly line activities, drive process stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations in the Monterrey area.

You will lead process improvements, support new product introductions, and collaborate with maintenance and automation teams to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and overall operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or assembly process engineering.
• Experience with problem‑solving methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting manufacturing operations to ensure stable and efficient assembly processes.
• Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity, capacity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and overall manufacturing costs.
• Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
• Developing and implementing process standardization, work instructions, operating methods, and process parameters.
• Supporting new product introductions, new processes, and equipment implementation while ensuring successful industrialization and start-up.
