Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Monterrey area. You will lead Lean manufacturing and transformation initiatives to drive productivity, cost reduction, and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes Kaizen events, cross-functional team leadership, and alignment with business and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Drive productivity projects and ensure alignment with plant financial goals and business plans.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events to improve operational performance.
• Manage plant transformation initiatives, including process optimization, layout redesign, and process documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and support Carrier Excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional SWAT teams to solve operational challenges and drive sustainable improvements.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
