You will oversee process development, continuous improvement, engineering changes and production optimization, providing technical leadership to support production goals. The role requires a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical or related field, strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, DMAIC,

Formación

• Degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical/mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process development and production support.
• Proficiency with Lean methods and quality tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, SMED, and VSM.
• Manage engineering changes and cost/productivity initiatives.
• Supervise technical staff and establish training programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery metrics.
