Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Nuevo León to lead manufacturing engineering activities, drive productivity, quality and safety, and oversee process development and continuous improvement initiatives to support production objectives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing (5S, TPM, VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC) and experience with PFMEA, Control Plans and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Lean concepts (5S, TPM, VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC, takt time, SPC).
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD/Minitab.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including machinery and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, VSM, SMED and other methodologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC.
• Manage engineering change projects and process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Supervise and develop technical staff and establish training/certification programs.
