Carrier is seeking a production operations leader to oversee manufacturing activities in the Monterrey area. You will manage production teams, drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives while achieving production targets and financial objectives.

You will lead labor planning, scheduling, and performance improvement across multiple cells, fostering accountability and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Experience leading production or manufacturing teams and managing budgets or labor planning.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance using Lean and structured problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve production goals and meet targets.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture across production cells.
• Manage workforce planning and labor resources aligned with budgets.
• Lead RRCA reviews and cost reduction initiatives to improve productivity.
