Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Industrial Engineering in Mexico to drive productivity and optimize manufacturing processes. You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, design layouts, and reduce waste while delivering measurable cost savings and improved production performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial engineering or continuous improvement, English proficiency, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Participation in Lean Manufacturing projects.
• Experience in time and motion studies.
• Advanced English.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Design and optimize layouts and workstations.
• Increase productivity of production lines.
• Reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
• Generate annual savings through continuous improvement projects.
