Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead cell design, capacity planning, and Lean initiatives at our Monterrey area site. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production processes.

The candidate will support NPI and contribute to cost reductions while mentoring technicians and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• Industrial, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in assembly and paint processes.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience with continuous improvement, line balancing, capacity calculations, planning and layout.
• Project management experience.
• Proven change-management and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and maintain a safe work environment with a culture of accident prevention and rule adherence.
• Design and optimize manufacturing cells and processes.
• Calculate and control optimal production line capacities and process times.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (standard work, OMS, ODS, FMEA).
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and support NPI from planning to production.
