GRAMMER AG is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to establish departmental objectives, manage P0 changes, maintain BOMs, and oversee corrective/preventive actions across the P0 development process. You will collaborate with management and participate in customer approval activities while driving continuous process improvements.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical engineering.
• CATIA/KVS knowledge and product engineering background.
• Understanding of product drawings, specs and critical features.

Responsabilidades

• Establish department objectives with management aligned to company goals.
• Manage activities related to P0 and engineering changes.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ECM flow.
• Oversee P0 corrective and preventive actions and action plans.
• Coordinate customer approval activities and internal/external follow-ups.
• Improve processes to optimize resources and energy usage.
• Participate in training and represent management at events.
