Grammer AG is seeking a Process Engineer to drive industrialization and optimization in assembly production. You will generate and update critical documents such as Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, Flow Charts, and FMEA, while creating capacity overviews and performing process improvements.

The role requires SAP data handling, equipment/tool procurement, and ensuring special features are identified in documentation. Strong English skills are essential.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer or equivalent degree required.
• Experience with IATF 16949 required or preferred.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and quality tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Industrialization planning and optimization of assembly production areas.
• Create and update technical documentation (Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, Flow Chart, FMEA, Visual Aids).
• Data creation in SAP.
• Create capacity overviews.
• Perform process optimization.
• Evaluate processes for improvements.
• Perform plant capacity analyses.
• Manage equipment and tools acquisition.
• Identify special features in documentation.
• Validate and approve processes per FO I 37 changes.

Process Engineer

What are your main tasks?

• Industrialization planning and optimization of the technical team of the production areas (Assembly) to achieve the goals established in the series processes.
• Generate and update technical documentation such as Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, Flow Chart, FMEA, Visual Aids, etc., in serial products.
• Data creation in SAP.
• Create capacity overviews.
• Perform process optimization.
• Evaluate the processes for which they are responsible to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform plant capacity analyses
• Manage the acquisition of equipment and tools.
• Ensure the identification of special features in technical documentation.
• Perform the Validation and Approval of processes according to the FO I 37 format for all changes (Product and/or Process).
