GRAMMER is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead assembly lines in our automotive interior production environment. You will review schedules, balance lines, and monitor parameters while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across shifts.

You will manage SAP data entry, training programs, and personnel administration under the ILUO matrix, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control.

Formación

• Experience in automotive manufacturing and assembly lines.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of production planning, line balancing and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Review production schedules with the logistics team and align with line priorities.
• Oversee line balancing, production parameters, and new product implementation.
• Supervise adherence to schedules and attend production meetings.
• Manage data entry and material transactions in SAP.
• Lead training programs and monitor 5S, safety, and KPIs.
• Monitor staffing, overtime approvals, and absenteeism; adjust as needed.
• Verify productivity calculations and ensure correct line records and certifications.

What are your main tasks?

• Review production schedules with the logistics team.
• Review line balancing with industrial engineering.
• Review production parameters and monitor new product implementation.
• Supervise adherence to production schedules for each work shift.
• Attend and participate in production meetings; review incident status, productivity, absenteeism, and quality indicators for assigned lines.
• Manage data entry and/or material transactions in the SAP system.
• Oversee the execution of first-level GPQ/QRAP meetings on production lines.
• Supervise the correct completion of production line records (first-piece inspection, checklists, line clearance, poka-yokes, etc.).
• Oversee adherence to standard work instructions, safety protocols, and hazardous waste handling procedures.
• Manage personnel training (ILUO skills matrix) and ensure staff work in accordance with the ILUO matrix.
• Develop, monitor, and ensure completion of the training program for assigned personnel.
• Manage personnel-related issues (overtime entry, shift coverage, etc.).
  Manage the 5S program within the assigned area.
• Monitor hourly adherence to production rates for assigned lines.
• Review finished goods and raw material inventory levels.
• Develop, monitor, and ensure execution of preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans.
• Verify productivity calculations by line.
• Manage Level "I" certification for new operators in accordance with the ILUO matrix.
• Keep skills matrices (ILUO) for each production line up to date on KPI boards.
• Update personnel cost center assignments in the system.
• Verify that KPI boards are up to date.
• Adjust staffing levels based on production schedule priorities and daily absenteeism.
• Request authorization signatures for overtime.
• Notify Human Resources of unexcused absences among BCD personnel and conduct an absenteeism survey.
• Evaluate the performance of staff under their supervision.
• Promote the improvement ideas program.
• Authority to halt processes and/or non-conforming products, as well as suspicious shipments.

What are your qualifications?

• Leadership/Personnel Management Production Management Assembly Process, Plastic Injection Molding
• Industrial Engineer and/or knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the role and in the automotive industry
  Personnel management, Strategy development, Teamwork, Results orientation
