GRAMMER AG is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to establish departmental objectives, manage P0 changes, maintain BOMs, and oversee corrective/preventive actions across the P0 development process. You will collaborate with management and participate in customer approval activities while driving continuous process improvements.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical engineering.
• CATIA/KVS knowledge and product engineering background.
• Understanding of product drawings, specs and critical features.

Responsabilidades

• Establish department objectives with management aligned to company goals.
• Manage activities related to P0 and engineering changes.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ECM flow.
• Oversee P0 corrective and preventive actions and action plans.
• Coordinate customer approval activities and internal/external follow-ups.
• Improve processes to optimize resources and energy usage.
• Participate in training and represent management at events.

Manufacturing Engineer

What are your main tasks?

• Establish departmental objectives in collaboration with management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies.
• Manage activities related to P0 and engineering changes.
• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Oversee P0-related corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze technical information and ensure compliance (ECM flow, SAP circular data, SAP input matrix).
• Develop and implement corrective and/or preventive actions throughout the P0 development process.
• Participate directly and actively in internal and external follow-up meetings regarding projects and engineering changes.
• Assist in coordinating customer approval activities (PSO, Run @ Rate, 2DP, and/or special events).
• Continuously improve processes to optimize the use of natural resources, energy, etc.
• Develop, track, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans.
• Participate in assigned training programs, committing to applying the knowledge gained to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Represent management—both internally and externally—at events related to the position.
• Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Participate in preparing and managing the department's annual budget.
