Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM to act as a strategic HR partner across Latin America. You will support business leaders in employee and labor relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

You will provide guidance on employment law, risk management, and people practices, while coordinating with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to implement workforce initiatives and drive organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Labor Relations.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience incl. employee and labor relations.
• Experience across multiple LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws in Latin America.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

The Specialized Care Manager, LATAM serves as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across Latin America in employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides expert guidance on complex employee and labor matters, drives workforce initiatives, supports organizational change, and helps mitigate business and people-related risks while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
