Dematic is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance function in a high‑volume automated manufacturing environment. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, improve equipment reliability, and lead a team of technicians and specialists.

The role requires hands‑on PLC troubleshooting, experience with CNC machinery, and a proven track record of reducing downtime. Strong collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams is essential.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
8+ years maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Experience leading maintenance teams in automated environments.
Strong PLC troubleshooting and controls knowledge.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Lead PM and CM maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Develop maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues.
Ensure reliable operation of CNC and automated equipment.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and manage spare parts inventory.
Lead and develop maintenance technicians and specialists.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other teams.
