Confidential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment, and drive reliability while supporting production goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with strong communication and planning skills. Collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with SMT, Radial/Axial Insertion, Wave Solder, Conformal Coating Equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, equipment reliability, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Lean Manufacturing exposure

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations with external vendors and contractors.
• Manage maintenance-related budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting metrics.
• Partner closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support operational objectives.
