Dematic is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Nuevo León to lead maintenance, drive reliability, and optimize performance of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will oversee PM/CM programs, troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, and guide a high-performing team, while partnering with Engineering, Production, and Quality.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong leadership, and fluent English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PM and CM maintenance programs to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership for PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and specialists.
• Ensure safety standards, LOTO compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to support plant performance.
