The role requires basic experience in manufacturing maintenance, a related degree, and strong problem solving and communication skills. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential in this high-precision environment.

Formación

• Basic experience in Manufacturing & Equipment Maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree or GED with relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Job Family/Function(s).

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment.
• Supervise maintenance and tool-making staff.
• Propose preventive maintenance and corrective action plans.
• Diagnose and optimize machine controls using IndraWorks.
