KION is seeking an Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance strategies for safe, reliable manufacturing operations. Lead PM and corrective actions, coach a team of technicians, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Safety to improve OEE and reliability.

The role requires hands-on expertise in PLC systems, tube cutting equipment, hydraulics, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential for cross-functional execution.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing.
Hands-on expertise in PLCs, tube cutting, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, PM/CM.

Responsabilidades

Lead PM and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC issues.
Maintain tube cutting equipment, CNC machinery, and automated systems.
Develop and improve maintenance standards, work instructions, and guides.
Manage spare parts inventory to balance availability and cost.
Provide advanced PLC support and collaborate with Engineering/Production.
