Mondelēz International in Mexico is seeking a highly skilled maintenance leader to drive planned maintenance and continuous improvement on our manufacturing lines. You will manage planning, maintenance programs and KPI ownership, leading technical and non-technical teams and coordinating with contractors and operations.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM/PM techniques and TPM tools.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach SWP owners.
• Experience in setting goals and managing IDP and career development.

Responsabilidades

• Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver SQCDSM targets and participate in DMS meetings at the shift and line level.
• Own the technology and process and PM systems; manage budget for line(s) and R&M costs.
• Develop, own and execute line preventive maintenance plans and build technician capability to execute them.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and cost reductions on line(s).
