Mondelēz International in Mexico leads production operations at the plant, driving SQCDSM targets across safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost and sustainability. You will implement the manufacturing strategy and build a high-performing organization.

You will establish governance for performance review, lead continuous improvement, and develop talent across operating teams, partnering with cross-functional peers to achieve world-class results.

Formación

• Leadership experience in manufacturing operations and TPM/6-sigma environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for cross-functional teams.
• Engineering background with business acumen and project management capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations in the plant to meet SQCDSM targets.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach line leaders and cascade plans and KPIs to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams and external partners to optimize line start-up and ramp-up.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and GMP standards.
