NXTSTP MEXICO is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Mexicali to lead the plant maintenance organization and ensure reliability, safety, and cost-effective operations. You will develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for production equipment, buildings, and facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in high-volume maquiladora environments.
• Proven experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with equipment reliability and root cause analysis.
• Budgeting, contractor, supplier management, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the plant maintenance system.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
• Drive equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Analyze equipment failures and downtime to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Establish maintenance standards, procedures, schedules, and best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to Maintenance Supervisors and Administrators.
• Establish training programs to enhance maintenance team capabilities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.
