Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Manager at its plant in the Nuevo León region. You will lead a high-performing maintenance team to ensure asset reliability, availability, and long-term performance, while driving TPM initiatives and cost-effective capital investments.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to translate business priorities into sustainable maintenance strategies and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, or similar.
• Strong communication skills with operations and executive leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the site's maintenance strategy aligned with operational, financial, and business objectives.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, planners, engineers, and technicians.
• Manage and optimize maintenance operating budgets (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
• Drive planning and scheduling excellence through CMMS and standardized processes.
• Lead shutdowns, major maintenance events, and asset recovery efforts.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Engineering to prioritize plant needs and optimize asset performance.
