Dematic is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a Monterrey-based team within the Product Development group of Intelligent Automation Solutions. The role focuses on sustaining and developing CPS and new PD support for material handling products used globally.

You will lead and coach a high-performing team of mechanical/mechatronics engineers, partnering with procurement, manufacturing, product management, installation and NA teams to meet business objectives with quality outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with procurement, manufacturing, product management, installation, customer service and NA engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive capacity planning, workload management and effective utilization of internal and external engineering resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Promote Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Monterrey engineering organization and collaborate with global teams to address manufacturability and safety concerns.
