Dematic in Monterrey seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of mechanical/mechatronics engineers responsible for design, development, and sustainment of material handling products. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, product management, and NA teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership and people management.
• Experience leading product development and engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple locations is preferred.
• Exposure to controls or automation technologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for PD and CPS for global products.
• Drive delivery of projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Forecasting, resource planning, and capacity management with stakeholders.
• Build collaborations with North American PD IAS and manufacturing teams.
• Promote Lean, safety, and engineering excellence across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
