Corning Incorporated in Mexico is seeking an IT Service Analyst M365 to provide world-class support for Microsoft 365 stack and related services. You will monitor, repair, and remediate incidents, collaborate with frontline teams, and help maintain knowledge bases and monitoring tools.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a solid IT foundation with 2–4 years in IT and 1+ year focusing on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams; familiarity with ServiceNow is a

Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and related services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Familiar with Active Directory and Windows endpoints.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilidades

Support users in project-based and production deployments of Microsoft 365 technologies.
Collaborate with frontline support teams for issue resolution and training.
Monitor and maintain collaboration SAAS solutions focusing on M365.
Update Knowledge Base and ensure monitoring/alerting systems are functioning.
