Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to provide first and second‑level support for plant users, ensuring reliable access to IT services and devices. You will support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, printing services, and basic IT infrastructure, delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• It requires an associate/technical/bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years in IT support, help desk, or similar roles.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience using IT ticketing and service management systems.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for plant personnel with hardware, software, network, and M365 issues.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support print environments, server rooms, network equipment, and UPS systems.
• Manage incidents and requests via IT Service Management platform with SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors; document procedures and activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT services and automate processes.
