Demant is seeking a Microsoft Core Infrastructure Operations Specialist in Mexico City to manage and ensure the reliability of Microsoft's platform and selected SaaS applications. The role involves operational support, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 services, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to enforce security and compliance standards across the organization. Formación

• Hands-on experience operating and supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of identity, access, and security policies within M365.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex service issues involving authentication and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including collaboration and security components.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements across Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms.
• Provide 2nd level support for Microsoft 365 services and assigned SaaS applications.
