Thomson Reuters México is seeking a Team Lead for ETS Operations in Mexico to drive site performance and serve as escalation point for technical support engineers. You will lead end-to-end M365 operations and coordinate with internal and external teams.
The role requires 8+ years in enterprise tech support and M365 engineering, with strong leadership, governance, and security experience, plus the ability to articulate roadmaps and develop knowledge base articles.
Formación
- 8+ years in enterprise technical support and Microsoft 365 engineering
- Experience leading teams and implementing AI-driven efficiency tools
- Strong knowledge of M365 licensing, policy management, and roadmap awareness
Responsabilidades
- Provide end-to-end technical support for M365 operations, including planning, execution, and documentation.
- Support system administration and operations across all M365 services, including security and governance.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver end-user needs effectively.
- Stay up to date on M365 features and participate in future planning.
- Research, design, and evaluate M365 solutions to improve employee experience.
- Engage in security, compliance, and reliability initiatives to strengthen governance.
- Engage with stakeholders in discussions on lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
