Corning Inc. is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to provide first and second-level technical support for plant users. You will ensure reliable access to IT services, support Microsoft 365, hardware, and workplace technology in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting various endpoints, imaging, software upgrades, printer support, and incident management. English proficiency is required for coordinating with global teams and vendors.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT Support/Help Desk experience.
• Experience with Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level technical support for plant personnel; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals; perform imaging and upgrades.
• Support print environments, server rooms, network equipment, and UPS systems; coordinate with vendors.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform; ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors; document procedures and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT services and automate processes to enhance end-user experience.
