Job summary
GraceMark Solutions is seeking an experienced M365 Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform, with Box-to-M365 migrations. You will monitor platform health, handle incidents, governance, and reporting, and work with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service continuity while enforcing security and compliance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of data migration, tenant administration, and Box migration.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform.
- Manage day-to-day operations, incidents, service requests, and governance.
- Monitor platform health and generate operational reports.
- Troubleshoot M365, Zoom, and collaboration platform issues.
- Support Box-to-M365 migrations and complete migration waves.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
- Maintain security and compliance across collaboration platforms.
