Job summary

Mobility Global Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator in Monterrey to manage and optimize our enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.

You will lead migrations, governance, and security alignment across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune, partnering with security and endpoint teams. Ideal candidates have hands-on M365 administration experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive ownership mindset to support global migration programs and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience or 6 years of equivalent hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., M365 Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, Teams Administrator).
• Experience with M365 tenant migrations, Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint/OneDrive migrations, Teams administration, or divestiture-related transition work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering and supporting Mobility Global Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, and Purview.
• Lead major M365 migrations with tenant readiness, coexistence planning, and cutover support.
• Collaborate with endpoint management and security teams on Conditional Access and device compliance.
• Support Exchange Online mail flow, mailboxes, distribution groups, and migration troubleshooting.
• Administer Teams and Teams Phone services, including governance and number management.
• Oversee SharePoint/OneDrive governance, permissions, and post-migration validation.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Respond to alerts, tickets, outages, and ensure knowledge transfer through runbooks.
