Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled M365 Platform Engineer for a remote position focused on Mexico.

You will join a global Enterprise Infrastructure team, driving enterprise administration, implementation, performance, optimization, automation, and guidance across all M365 services for a worldwide user base. The role requires designing standards, ensuring regulatory and security policy compliance, and partnering with other teams that rely on the platform (e.g., Intune integration).

• Support and contribute to the overall M365 roadmap and strategy.
• Plan core implementation strategies to support new and forecasted requirements.
• Partner with key business stakeholders and architects to ensure strategy compliance.
• Design structured datacenter capacity planning and monitoring strategy.
• Work with multi-discipline Technical Architects on solution development.
• Function as a Tier-4 escalation point during major outages or critical downtime windows.
• Define cloud architecture requirements to meet Enterprise Infrastructure standards.
• M365 automation and administration optimization to reduce manual efforts.
