Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a seasoned M365 Platform Engineer to join a global Enterprise Infrastructure team. This role focuses on administration, implementation, performance management, and automation across all M365 services, supporting a worldwide user community.

You will partner with architects and product stakeholders to align strategy with demand, design scalable datacenter capacity, and mentor teams while ensuring security, compliance, and incident management are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 4+ years as a Sr. Engineer in datacenter/service for a global datacenter.
• 8 years IT experience in the management, configuration, modification, installation, and evaluation of network systems hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Support the M365 roadmap and strategy.
• Design datacenter capacity planning and monitoring.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure compliant designs and integration.
• Provide Tier-4 escalation during outages; mentor technical teams.
• Automation and scripting to optimize operations.
