Fendi Italia Srl is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Guadalajara, Mexico to lead and develop the team while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include team management, maintaining inventory standards, and driving sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Flexibility in schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ luxury experience preferred.
• Proficiency to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift boxes / weight up to 10lbs.
