Amanvari is seeking a ResortHost to deliver highly personalized, discreet service for luxury guests at Amanvari on Mexico’s Eastern Cape. The role anticipates needs and ensures an exceptional lodging experience reflecting the hotel’s luxury standards.

The ResortHost manages room preparation, luggage, personalized experiences, reservations, and special requests, coordinating with departments to ensure exclusive experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Experience managing the area in luxury hotels.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Flexible with schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with guests to deliver memorable experiences.
• Coordinates and conducts in-room check-in and check-out procedures for a seamless arrival/departure.
• Plans, updates, and follows up on guest itineraries, reservations, transportation, excursions, activities, and special requests with relevant departments.
• Addresses and resolves guest complaints, documents incidents, and coordinates corrective actions to ensure satisfaction.
• Develops and coordinates personalized amenities, gifts, celebrations, and special experiences based on guest preferences.
• Inspects guest rooms with Housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning, turndown service, and requests fulfillment.
• Arranges restaurant reservations, in-room dining, spa treatments, and wellness activities with tailored recommendations.
• Maintains guest profiles, reviews accounts, processes charges, and updates records.
• Serves as liaison between guests and hotel departments, ensuring timely execution of requests during peak periods.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to brand standards and service procedures while gathering feedback.
