Job summary

Viceroy Los Cabos in Mexico is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to identify and maximize all potential revenue opportunities for the hotel. You will develop long- and short-term revenue strategies and oversee their execution to advance RevPAR market share.

The role requires analysis of revenue potential across transient and group segments, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with revenue management platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hotel experience in a management position.
• Familiar with revenue budgeting and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with revenue management platforms: One Yield, GRO, Hotelligence, Marsha, OnQ R&I.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel.
• Lead revenue management meetings and hotel strategy discussions.
• Able to analyze sales/revenue reports across hotels.
• Familiar with eSales/eTools and GDS systems.
• Maintain relationships with national accounts and key clients.
