Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco, located in the heart of Polanco overlooking Chapultepec Park, is seeking a Restaurant Manager. You will oversee All-Day Dining and In Room Dining operations, ensuring top-tier guest service and flawless F&B standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and bilingual (Spanish/English) communication, and a flexible schedule to cover weekends and holidays. Join us to deliver Park Hyatt’s refined guest experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations, preferably in luxury or upscale environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of All-Day Dining restaurant and In Room Dining.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage standards.
• Train and motivate colleagues to provide intuitive service.
• Control costs and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
