Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México seeks a Conference Services Assistant Manager who leads the team, oversees budget performance and upsells to maximize revenue while ensuring flawless event execution. You will coordinate with Sales and Catering, manage client expectations, and supervise banquet operations to deliver memorable experiences.

You will communicate client needs across departments, supervise the team, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

• English and Spanish fluency required.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conference services team on a day-to-day basis.
• Achieve department financial budgets and upsell opportunities.
• Provide monthly P&L reporting and budget prep with the CD.
• Coordinate with Sales and Catering to maximize function space revenue.
• Ensure client needs are communicated across departments; supervise banquet execution.
• Plan and attend meetings with hotel staff and clients; ensure smooth event execution.
