SLS Playa Mujeres is seeking a dedicated F&B Floor Supervisor to oversee daily service across restaurants and bars and ensure adherence to LQA and Ennismore standards. You will work hands-on on the floor, supporting department leaders, monitoring performance, and driving guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with managers to meet service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets, while following up on audits and guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement and an outstanding guest experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within hotel, luxury, or lifestyle environments.
• Knowledge of LQA, Forbes, AAA, or other luxury/lifestyle brand standards is preferred.
• Strong passion for service excellence and guest experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational/analytical skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on sales and business performance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with LQA and Ennismore standards, including service delivery and presentation.
• Ensure the guest experience remains consistent with brand standards across all F&B outlets and touchpoints.
• Identify operational gaps and communicate findings for immediate corrective action.
• Support managers and captains to achieve service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets.
• Follow up on action plans from audits, guest feedback, and observations.
• Assist in aligning daily priorities through pre-shift briefings, upselling focus, and service standards.
• Monitor guest experience and address issues to improve service.
