Job summary

Sls is seeking a Hospitality Operations Supervisor to oversee daily Food & Beverage floor activities at our Isla Mujeres outlets, ensuring flawless service and adherence to Ennismore standards. You will collaborate with managers to maintain guest satisfaction, drive sales, and execute service priorities.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, timely follow-ups on audits and guest feedback, and proactive enhancement of the dining experience across venues within a dynamic global hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within hotel, luxury, or lifestyle environments.
• Knowledge of luxury/lifestyle brand standards (LQA, Forbes, AAA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with standards and service sequences.
• Ensure guest experiences align with brand standards across outlets.
• Identify operational gaps and communicate findings to leaders for corrective action.

Support the seamless execution of daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that restaurants and bars consistently operate in accordance with LQA and Ennismore service standards.

The role will focus on hands-on floor supervision, supporting department leaders, monitoring operational performance, and following up on key guest satisfaction and sales indicators to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with LQA and Ennismore standards, including service delivery, service sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee attitude.
• Ensure the guest experience remains consistent with brand standards across all Food & Beverage outlets and guest touchpoints.
• Identify operational gaps and promptly communicate findings to the appropriate leaders to ensure immediate corrective action.
• Work closely with managers and captains to support the achievement of service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets.
• Follow up on action plans resulting from audits, guest feedback, and operational observations.
• Support the team in aligning with daily operational priorities through pre-shift briefings, upselling focus, and key service standards.
• Monitor the guest experience throughout service, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing service issues as they arise.
• Support the handling and follow-up of guest complaints, ensuring appropriate resolution, proper closure, and operational learning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction indicators, including surveys, internal feedback, and brand audits.
• Support outlet leaders in achieving sales targets, average check goals, and active promotions.
• Ensure the proper execution of menus, special events, activations, and commercial strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance suggestive selling, upselling, and the overall dining experience.
• Prepare basic reports covering operational observations, service standard findings, and progress on action plans.
• Follow up on operational commitments and initiatives established by the Food & Beverage Management team.
