Job summary
Sls is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverages Director to lead all F&B operations in Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico. You will drive guest-centric service at luxury properties, align with LQA standards, AAA Diamond expectations, and push for revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
In this role you will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, implement rigorous quality assurance, and continuously elevate gastronomy experiences for discerning guests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels/resorts.
- Strong financial acumen and leadership ability.
- Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Drive compliance with LQA standards and AAA Diamond quality expectations.
- Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
- Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
