Job summary

SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection, is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Director to lead all F&B outlets at our luxury resort opening. You will drive exceptional service, profitability and guest experiences while upholding LQA standards and AAA Diamond expectations.

This role requires minimum 5 years in F&B leadership within luxury hotels or resorts, strong financial acumen, English proficiency, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency.
