Job summary

SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection, is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Director to lead all outlets and elevate guest experiences at our new luxury resort near Cancún, Mexico.

You will drive revenue, ensure exceptional service, and develop high‑performing teams while maintaining strict adherence to luxury standards and safety requirements. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency.
