Lead high-performing teams, ensure exceptional service, and drive revenue and cost controls while upholding LQA standards and AAA Diamond expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen, operational leadership, and people skills.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Passion for gastronomy and guest experiences.
