Job summary

SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection, part of Ennismore, seeks a passionate Food & Beverage Director to lead all outlets at our luxury resort in Cancún.

Required: 5+ years of luxury F&B leadership, strong financial acumen, knowledge of LQA standards, and advanced English. You will elevate guest experiences and drive revenue across 500 rooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations.
• Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
