Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, located on a pristine Pacific coastline, is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide exceptional service, convert inquiries into confirmed reservations, and coordinate detailed itineraries with precision.

The role requires a minimum of one year in luxury hotel reservations or guest services, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury hotel reservations, front office, or guest services.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
• Outstanding communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong sales, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service through phone and email interactions.
• Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings through personalized service.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate VIP stays, special occasions, multi-room bookings, and customized itineraries.
• Arrange private aviation, airport transportation, and pre-arrival logistics in partnership with aviation providers and resort teams.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.
• Provide expert knowledge of accommodations, dining, golf, wellness, transportation, and resort experiences.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through thoughtful upselling.
• Ensure compliance with reservation policies, payment requirements, and cancellation guidelines.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless arrivals.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and travel advisors while representing the Four Seasons brand.
