Loyalty Juggernaut in Mexico City is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Delivery team. You will translate business needs into actionable insights and help design loyalty solutions for global brands using GRAVTY®. This is a hands-on role focusing on data-driven outcomes and client success.

Develop KPI analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide customers through implementations of our SaaS platform to deliver measurable value and improved engagement.

Formación

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Up to 3 years of client delivery experience in BA / SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in digital transformation technologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth client discovery sessions and define KPIs.
• Develop business cases and feasibility analyses.
• Provide guidance on loyalty strategies.
• Oversee implementation of loyalty program using GRAVTY.
• Configure SaaS platform to address client needs.
• Design and deliver training for client users.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive innovations.
• Develop product marketing collaterals.
