Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams to select the approach that best fits requirement initiative needs.
• Establish metrics to track quality of business analysis work and identify improvement opportunities.
• Mentor BAs and junior associates; provide oversight and guidance.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure the solution meets client technical needs.
