Uber Freight seeks an Operations Coordinator in Monterrey to support daily transportation operations, ensuring accurate planning, shipment execution, tracking, and documentation through to final delivery. You will maintain proactive communication with customers, carriers, facilities, and internal teams to uphold service levels and drive efficiency.

The role involves updating systems, monitoring KPIs, handling contingencies, and contributing to process improvements while supporting peak-season

Formación

• Understanding of transportation lifecycle and cross-border processes between Mexico and the United States.
• Familiarity with freight movement documentation and carrier performance metrics.
• Experience with shipment tracking and KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipments and perform daily track-and-trace activities for visibility and on-time performance.
• Maintain load status and milestones within the TMS.
• Plan and schedule orders within required timelines.
• Resolve system exceptions and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers for updates and proof of delivery.
• Monitor customs status and cross-border shipment activities.
• Follow up on invoices and document collection.
• Participate in operational reviews and customer calls.
• Analyze shipment trends and identify risks to service levels.
• Escalate service failures and capacity issues to leadership.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI updates.
• Support pilot programs and peak-season planning initiatives.
