C.H. Robinson in Monterrey is seeking a Lead to drive the launch and success of a new customer account. You will oversee daily transportation activities and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and ROI.

You will mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to the growth of a high-visibility logistics operation while working on-site one day a week and remotely four days.

Formación

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics.
• 3+ years of experience with and troubleshooting information systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including overtime.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and/or international).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day transportation activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Meet operational targets within a region, mode, or small account.
• Lead calls, meetings, and trainings with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Develop and document standard operating processes.
• Resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
