Formación

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and/or internationally
• Fluent in English and Spanish

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Representative in Monterrey to help drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional service across our global supply chain network. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, transportation execution, and the overall success of our logistics operations.

As a Logistics Representative, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, and proactively resolve transportation challenges to ensure freight moves efficiently and on time. You will leverage your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset to support operational goals, strengthen relationships, and contribute to business growth. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in delivering reliable logistics solutions every day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:
• Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System
• Maintaining any team mailboxes
• Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes
• Document and organize existing standard operating processes
• Learn multiple job functions within assigned team
• Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers
• Meet operational metrics
• Conduct CHR systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives
• Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR's value proposition
• Act as a resource and support for peers when needed
• Understand and utilize CHR's project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
